The
Cisco 3G Rebate Program
For each Cisco 3G WWAN device activated on the AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon Wireless
networks, you may qualify for rebates of up to $240 per device. For example, if
you buy 1000 Cisco 3G devices and WSC activates the devices on a new 2-year service
plan of $39.99 or more on the Verizon Wireless network, you will receive up to $240,000
in Cisco 3G Program Rebates. All you need to do is fill out the Activation Request
Form (see below) and we’ll take care of the rest. All opportunities must be registered
with and approved by WSC prior to activation. This offer is valid through June 30,
2011.
To receive your sales incentive, please follow the instructions below:
1. Click on the "Complete the Sales Incentive Form Now" link below
2. Complete the form in its entirety (partially completed forms will not be accepted)
3. Send the completed from to cisco@activationdesk.com
and fax a copy to (858) 923-2444 within 30 days of the activation date.
Be sure to include an invoice!

That's all there is to it. All you need to do now is send in the Sales Rebate form
and you should receive your check within a few weeks.
